Guidelines for posting in this forum

I think it'll be easy for this site to become too spread out without some organizational focus.

I'd like a subforum of the main forum called "How Do I Start?" or "The Big Picture" where we discuss a less random (tree-sappy) search, and focus on finding a person's strengths before pointing them at things to try. (The "Quest" subforum strikes me as a place for personal stories, not the big picture.)
